SPECIAL MEETING
VILLAGE OF CANDOR BOARD OF TRUSTEES
138 MAIN STREET, CANDOR, NY
October 27, 2010

A special meeting of the Village of Candor Board of Trustees was held on October 27, 2010, at the Village Hall, 138 Main Street, Candor, NY, and was called to order by the Honorable Mayor Steven Sparling at 6:00 pm.

The purpose of the meeting was to authorize a grant application for document disposal services for the Justice Court.

Those in attendance included Trustees Chris Brown, Mike Swartz and Gary Consalvi as well as Clerk Jan Swartz. Trustee Nancy King was unavailable to attend the meeting.

A motion was made by Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Consalvi, to authorize Lynn Craig, Candor Village Justice Court Clerk, to apply for the JCAP grant on behalf of the Candor Village Court. A vote was taken and Trustees Brown, Consalvi and Swartz voted aye. The motion was approved and carried.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:01 pm.
