Candor Budget Workshop and Town Board Meeting October 5, 2010The Budget Workshop was called to order at 6:00 by Supervisor Darlene Cobler. Present were Supervisor Darlene Cobler, Clm Joe Bish, Clm Milt Dougherty, Clm Danny Lindsay, Highway Superintendent Kevin Noble and Bookkeeper Shirley Mayer, and Wayne Cobler. George Williams arrived at 6:50. Kurt Schrader arrived at 7:15. The Budget Workshop ended at 8:08. Kevin Noble and Shirley Mayer were excused from the Town Board Meeting. The Town Board meeting was called to order at 8:10 with pledge to the flag and prayer led by Supervisor Cobler. There was no one in attendance for privilege of the floor. Supervisor Cobler reported an insurance claim involving one of the Town trucks and George Mundt. The claim is in the hands of the insurance company at this time. No one requested closing privilege of the floor. There was a motion made by George Williams and seconded by Danny Lindsay to go into executive session to discuss employment history of a particular person at 8:30. Vote all in favor Motion to come out of executive session made by Joe Bish and seconded by George Williams at 9:20. Vote all in favor Motion to adjourn made by Joe Bish and seconded by Danny Lindsay at 9:21.
