• Zoning Bulletins – Jul 10th and Jul 25th. Bob Zebracki reported that in one of the previous zoning bulletins had information from Barbara Lipton from Ithaca regarding the Marcellus Shale Gas Drilling

• West Library Update Notice for McKinney’s New York Rules of Court
  
  
• Workshop in Owego on Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Vice-Chairman Gary Henry, Jr. e-mailed everyone the information.
  
  
6. VI. New Business
   
   
• Mark Stevens Site Plan Review – The County approved the Site Plan Review on August 6, 2010. Will be building out of Flood Plain. Jim Douglas passed around notification from the County regarding their approval. No more site work needed, just to pour the concrete. Still keeping the same Kelsey Road entrance. Don’t believe traffic will increase much at all. Vice-Chairman Gary Henry, Jr. motioned to approve Site Plan Review, Matt Crowe seconded, approved by a roll call of votes: Bob Zebracki (Aye), Patti Reichert (Aye), Vice-Chairman Gary Henry, Jr. (Aye), Chairman Art Cacciola (Aye), Peter Ward (Aye), and Matt Crowe (Aye).
  
  
7. VII. Old Business
   
   
• Uniform Fire Prevention – tabled.
  
  
• Sign Law – tabled.
  
  
• 239 Agreement – Vice-Chairman Gary Henry, Jr. sent a copy to Chairman Art Cacciola and Chris Curkendall in both Microsoft Word and PDF format. This is a simple agreement between the County and the Town of Candor streamlining the processes so everything doesn’t have to go through the County. Tabling this until the workshop.
