2. II. Privilege of the Floor
   
   
• Darlene Cobler – Milt would like us to consider working on Regulating Wind Turbine Noise. Apologize for those that didn’t hear that she cancelled last night’s meeting because it wasn’t advertised. Waiting to hear back from Kurt to tentatively reschedule it for March 15, 2010 at 6 p.m.

6. VI. New Business
   
   
• Sketch Plan Conference – Barb Terwilliger, Catatonk Café. They are considering rebuilding after the fire. Would need to go down to foundation, but wouldn’t be any changes to the footprint, etc. Should they come through us? Concerned whether it’s in the flood plain – that’s Jim Douglas’s call, not ours. If there are no changes, don’t feel we need to see it. All this is from a potential contractor, not the owner, so we have no idea if it’s truly staying the same. Feel we should at least see the actual layout of the new building. Jim Douglas will need to send out a letter. Not exempt from our current law. Chairman Art Cacciola will contact Jim Douglas to have him get things rolling so that we can put them on the April Schedule.
  
  
• NYC Conference – Monday was full of SEQR stuff which was a repeat for some. How to keep your Master Plan up-to-date – should always be a work in progress. Patti Reichert reported, but should type up a report of all the classes taken and what she learned. Tuesday was Planning Board 101 class. Chris wasn’t able to attend due to personal issues.
  
  
7. VII. Old Business
   
   
• Uniform Fire Prevention – tabled until we can meet with Jim Douglas, Vice-Chairman Gary Henry Jr. believes he found the document on disc and will distribute.
  
  
• Road Use Agreement – given to Kurt who made changes and recommendations. Currently in holding pattern until they meet again. Chairman Art Cacciola was contacted about Benton Road.
  
  
• Fees Schedule – Chris Curkendall with go through the laws when she is pulling together the hard copy to be redone and not which pages have fees.
  
  
• Sign Law – tabled until Chris Curkendall brings all the laws. Need to prioritize what needs to be done and in what order.
