• Road Preservation Law
  
  
• Bridges currently the only thing that list a weight limit, no roads have them.
  
  
• Believe that County no longer has weight meters due to certification
  
  
• Currently we’ve found no other Town or County that has anything on this, except Berkshire and Kirkwood (that we have copies of).
  
  
• County is recommending that we put this on hold for 6 months to give them time to review and come up with something.
  
  
• A suggestion is to set up an escrow account to cover repairs as needed. Believe we currently have bonds. Tug Hill Region suggested this as this is what the windmill people did for them.
  
  
• Designate the route they are to travel.
  
  
• Establish a permit fee to cover setting up accounts and video of the road (document before, during, and after).
  
  
• Local deliveries are already listed.
  
  
• We can continue to research and discuss, but would prefer to wait on the County. Chairman Gary Henry, Jr. will ask questions at the Association of Towns meeting.
  
  
Executive Session – Vice Chairman Art Cacciola motioned to move into Executive Session @ 8:40 p.m., Peter Ward seconded, approved. Ayes (5) Nays (0) Abstentions (0)

Discussion took place in relation to the two vacant positions.

Matt Crowe motioned to move out of Executive Session @ 9:04 p.m, Peter Ward seconded, approved. Ayes (5) Nays (0) Abstentions (0)

Peter Ward motioned to recommend to the Town Board that Chris Curkendall and Patti Reichert fill the two vacant positions, Matt Crowe seconded, approved. Ayes (5) Nays (0) Abstentions (0)
