6. VI. New Business
   
   
• Sketch Plan Conference for Jim Signs (moving Jehovah’s Witness building onto his property) – he’s trying to help save the Jehovah’s Witness some money by moving building instead of demolishing it. Would build if not moving building with a full foundation. Add 4 employees. Paperwork has been dropped off to County. This is time sensitive as it has to be ready at least by mid-April or the building will be crushed. Footers will be poured. Some other discussions took place. Will do Environmental Assessment at actual hearing.
  
  
• Resignation of Chris Curkendall – provided a verbal resignation as she will be moving and will no longer be a Town of Candor resident. We will need to pull out previous Letters of Interest and contact them to see if they are still interested. Angela Smith will handle that. Also need to advertise the vacancy. Darlene Cobler will ask Connie Kulze to handle.
  
  
7. VII. Old Business
   
   
• Uniform Fire Prevention – tabled.
  
  
• Sign Law – at last workshop we reviewed and condensed this law back down to basics. Summarized what was covered at workshop. Various discussions took place. Did more rewording, additions and deletions. Chris Curkendall will finalize the draft and forward to everyone for review.
  
  
• 239 Agreement – Town agreed to everything, but one item regarding vehicles and feel it should be 25 instead of 10. Change date from October to December. Chris Curkendall will redo and forward to Darlene Cobler for Signature. Peter Ward motioned to accept changes, Vice-Chairman Gary Henry, Jr. seconded, approved. Ayes (7) Nays (0) Abstentions (0)
  
  
• December Workshop is cancelled due to being so close to Christmas.
