Permit Fees shall be charged in accordance with the following schedule:

Renewing Permits
In the event that a building permit must be renewed, a fee equal to 50% of the original building permit fee will be charged prior to re-issuance of the permit.
Other inspections and fees related to building construction:
| Requested inspections outside normal business hours (minimum charge in addition to the permit fee) |
$15 per hour (minimum 2 hours) |
| Plan review for projects exceeding $5,000 (where no permit is requested) |
50% of permit fee scheduled (amount to be applied to permit fee) |
