Assessor Hours:The Assessor is in Candor on Tuesday and Thursday (659-3175 ext 3). On the fourth Tuesday of each month the Assessor is in the Office until 6:30. Actual in office hours can vary as doing the job of the assessor involves a fair amount of road work. If you are coming a distance, it is recommended that you call before coming in to ensure the Assessor's availability.
